How the Automation Works
The automation monitors new leads submitted to Salesforce and uses AI-powered lead analysis to classify each lead based on its likelihood of conversion. Using custom sales management instructions configured within the ChatGPT conversation node, the workflow generates personalized follow-up email drafts tailored to each lead’s profile and inquiry.
Lead information, AI-generated lead ratings, and drafted outreach emails are automatically synchronized across multiple systems including Salesforce, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack. The automation also updates CRM lead statuses and sends internal team notifications whenever a new lead is processed.
