How the Automation Works

The automation collects customer feedback submitted through Google Forms and uses AI-powered sentiment analysis to evaluate the tone and intent of each review. Based on the customer’s rating and detected sentiment, the workflow automatically routes the feedback into different response paths to ensure appropriate customer communication.

Customer feedback data is automatically logged into Google Sheets for centralized tracking, while internal team notifications are sent through Discord to keep the team informed of new submissions in real time. The system then generates and sends personalized follow-up emails tailored to the customer’s feedback type, whether positive, neutral, or negative.
